Yep i heard someone had an order for over 100 units. Dealer must have snabbed up a bunch of them.

Yeah....somebody made a huge order as soon as they went up on the website. Hoping to get an update on the next batch in a few. We were NOT expecting to sell them out that fast. Lol!

I see in the product advertisement description it states, “Note: some drilling IS required”.

I’m not seeing anything in the installation instructions about drilling anywhere?

Or has it been that long of a week for me and I totally missed it?

I don’t have them in hand yet and was just looking at the instructions from the shipping email.

Ok , I got mine installed.

Overall, pretty easy. It does take a little maneuvering to put bolt through , and get it threaded from inside. I could reach the closest one , but needed my 7 year old son to get the inner nut started while I held bolt from outside on the other ones. I am sure a guy could get it alone , but with help it's a piece of cake.

Like a 15 min job Overall.

They fit well , and look like they will do exactly as intended. I think a little mud will get behind them , but it shouldn't be too hard to spray behind them to get most out.

You do drill self tapping screws into frame on the very inside. (pic attached , red arrow)
One on each side. I did need to flex the drivers side in to get it to line up better. passenger side lined up perfect.

I would recommend them.

I find it strange that Super atv does not take orders for an item like this. Odd way to do business. I would be glad to pay for it and wait a little while for production.

And we appreciate that! 100%! Totally understand....

Its a software thing. If its out of stock...its not available on my end to tie your name to the order. I can make phantom orders for anything....but your name isn't tied to a part number. I'm guessing the system is designed that way to help keep track of orders, part number, and customers with warranties....and probably protects from overselling something when we run out of stock....and pi$$ing a bunch of people off when they find out their order can't be filled.

Fancy website problems....

We DO have a callback list for out of stock parts. If you call into customer service, they can place you on their callback list and you'll automatically get a call when we have it all done...and the website inventory is loaded up.

Well $hit! Of all the machines that needed them, mine is in the most need! I've waited too long and they sell out before I even know they got em in stock. I guess it's good for their business but bad for me. I guess I'm fabricating mine.... the sideline sucks!

Ya..... wouldn't that be cool. Hell I can't even pay for a set right now as they are not available. That's okay.... I'll fab a set. The need is real. Yamaha should be paying attention..... it's a real flaw. I'm sure I'm not the only one that it has happened to..... maybe the only one that had had it happen TWICE in 6 months. 🤬
