Looks great. That was 1 inch spacers right? Just trying to keep your post up to date.
Thanks! Yes. 1" spacers in the rear only. I tried to take some pics last night of how the front and rears line up. I need to take some in the daytime though and get some measurements. Its been raing outside today though so I'll do it sometime in the next couple days.

Ok. So something else that I have been meaning to post in regards to the last couple posts as well as just being informative in general. The Tusk Teton beadlocks the I picked up for the RMAX fall in line with most of the wheels out there by not being true to size when it comes to their offset. Most wheels on the market these days seem to be this way. They are close though. Everywhere you look these wheels are stated to be either a 5+2 or a 4+3. The 5+2 Tetons are actually a 30mm offset wheel which actually makes them a 4.68+2.32 wheel. Which means that the backspacing will be almost exactly the same in the front as the OEM wheels. Only a .09" difference over the OEM 4.59+1.91 wheel. Now I don't know what the actual offset of the 4+3 Teton is because I have not seen a wheel or box in person and my internet searches have came up empty but the more information on what the wheels out there are actually sized at is better for everyone. So everybody post up this info. as you come across it. View attachment 89465 View attachment 89466
So on my Rmax2 if I run 5+2 all the way around, is that the closest thing to stock I can get?

Yes. A 5+2 is probably as close as you are gonna get in an aftermarket wheel to being the same size as the OEM RMAX2 wheels.

Hey let’s get some more pics of tire packages on here!! Some of us still gotta wait till feb/March to get theirs and I’m living thru the forums.😭
I was hoping we would have more already as well. There is a lot more RMAX2's out there than the 4 seaters though and they come with a nice 30" square tire setup so most owners probably aren't in a hurry to run out and change their wheels and tires. I am surprised we haven't seen more RMAX4's go with new square setups though. RMAX's are expensive machines though most probably want to wear the stockies out before dropping that extra coin. I like to keep them as a good spare set myself.

Well I got the tires mounted on the new wheels, and the rears installed. Fronts will have to wait until this weekend as I'm doing some work and don't want the fronts on yet.
Do your homework before buying any tire/wheel combo as the generic sizes/weights listed are not always correct.
I wanted more height without much more weight, and did not want the car any wider. I did not want light flimsy tires or cheap weak wheels either. The new tires are 10 ply and the wheels have a 1600 lb rating.
The width is the same 64" as stock.
Wheels are Method 409 in steel gray 15x7 5+2 w/38mm offset. weight 15.7 lbs.
Tires are GBC Terra Masters 31x10R-15 listed weight 37 lbs, actual weight 38.4 lbs.
Stock wheel/tire weighs 52.8 lbs, GBC claims the tire weighs 37.7
New set up right at 54 lbs for a 1.2 or so lb gain per.
They measure just over 30" at 14 psi vs 29" for the stock tires.
I really like how they look and fit, can't wait to try them out.

I had the Terra Masters and had 2 tires get sidewall rips from a small steep hill climb on the X2
I was running 12 or 15 psi.
They had strengths and weaknesses like many tires.

Any one know approximately what the Rmax 2 wheel offset is?

I was thinking 5-2 but if the Rmax 4 front is 5-2 at 9” wide then I’m now thinking 4-3.
When I do the wheel and tire package builder on ROCKY MTN ATV for the Rmax 2 it also only offers 4-3.

My nephew has brand new system 3 st3 bead locks and 32” bf Goodrich km3s he’s selling for a great deal but I think they are 5-2 and I don’t want to end up narrower.

5+2 probably won't be narrower, it could end up wider depending on the wheel offset. In my wheel search I found 5+2 wheels with offsets ranging from 35-40 mm. Stock offset is 34 but the wheel is 6.5 wide.
I went with Method 409 15x7 5+2 38mm offset and my width is about 1/4" wider total.

So system 3 st3 14x7 5-2 wheel says 30mm offset.
That’s 10mm wider than stock so pretty close to 3/4” wider overall (y)

In the very first post in this thread I listed the stock wheel offsets for both the RMAX2 & RMAX4.

Funny, the first thing I did was come to this thread and go to the first post and for some reason all I saw was the 4 seat! 🤦‍♂️

That would be close for a +30mm offset wheel wheel. There's only a 4 mm difference in offset but an aftermarket wheel is 7" wide instead of 6.5. I put 5+2 wheels on mine that are actually +30mm. That along with a 10" wide tire ( the four-seater only has 9 inch wide tire stock in the front ) widened my front end to 66".

Yep it’s pretty close. That 10mm difference I posted is using the offset calculator from 6.5 stock wheel at 34mm to a 7” wide wheel at 30mm. I’m ok being a touch wider just not narrower.
Im surprised that Rocky mtn Atv is saying the R max needs a 4-3 in a 7” wheel! A 5-2 is already wider and they don’t give you a different option to choose from if you type in Rmax.

Yeah, I hate RMATV's gestapo selection. I have to choose a PoPo RZR to get an 6+1 offset, which is what I plan on going with when I order new wheels\tires.
