SC1 makes light mud and dust hose off. Difficult mud, it does nothing. We have difficult mud at Carolina Adventure World. There’s no point in SC1 before a CAW ride.

What I hate about SC1 is it looks great. You go a mile down the road and dust sticks to it. Now it looks like crap whereas with nothing, the dust doesn’t stick. But yes, it sprays right off. Love hate thing.
🤔 Just curious don't get me wrong. After SC1 drys you do take a clean cloth rub it all in and off ? 👍

I just spray it on and walk away. However, I did wipe it off one time, but it’s not necessary.

Safety data sheet
3. COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS

Naphtha (petroleum), light
alkylate

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Propane,
Isobutane)

A molecule similar to old school mothballs..... napthaline.....not the current kind. Worked great for increasing octane rating in fuel. Used it often in old Honda Elsinore 125 when i raced that old thing. Naptha is easiest to find as white gas or Colman fuel or lighter fluid (think zippo) It used to be used in Sterno heat cans as well but i think they have all went to alcohol now.
It makes a great solvent for oils and waxes like paraffins. Could dissolve a little wax in there and get a solvent to carry "spray wax" onto the machine.
I love the DIY-ers keep it up.... but I don't have time to play chemist anymore..... wished I did.

Hmmm. I've had good luck with a layer of opti seal and then furniture polish. I don't have the cajones to use lacquer thinner.

Now that is oldschool. Starting using lemon pledge on my boat to keep lake scum off the boat 😄 You might think that's crazy BUT it works !! 😳

In Colorado they started doing emission testing when I was younger. If your car or truck in my case wouldent pass emissions I would put colman fuel in burns cleaner then brand new 😄👍

I use Pledge in my vehicle interiors too. It doesn't collect dust much and cleans about all surfaces.

So was this a joke or what? Can OP give us details of what exact product he actually used and how he applied it, pictures? And how does it smell?

What’s the shelf life of ArmorAll?
That depends how you much you have on the shelf. ;) I got a fairly good deal on Amazon for 2 -1/2 gallon jugs delivered for ~$27. I'm not really into "Prettiness". Just want something that removes water spots and to loosen up the dirt I missed after a good rinse at the carwash. There is no shelf life date printed on the jug(s).
