I'm told the Rmax4 doesn't have any cargo space... We got these two gutted mule deer in the back without too much hassle.

Later that evening she hauled a different pair of mule deer along with 4 guys back to camp. No pictures of that as it was dark by the time we loaded that last deer.

That black Cabela's bag will hold two rifles, that's what we used. It makes the rearview mirror useless and you have to get out to access the rifle but it kept us legal in Colorado where the gun has to be cased. I had considered a Great Day Overhead rack in the back but decided I like the overhead gear bag from No Excuses UTV in that spot better.

Installed rear OEM over-fender flairs (fronts aren't in yet), rear bumper, set of side mirrors, and was getting ready to install the OEM front brush guard until I found out I had to actually cut some plastic off the front end. No thanks! I'm sure this has been brought up before about the OEM brush guard, but...c'mon! Not sure who designed the brush guard, but evidently they didn't discuss it with Yamaha. Here's some pics...

Nice rig!! I have the over-fenders on my RMAX4 and really like them. Nice tires too! Once you get some miles on them, I hope you'll report back and let us know how you like them in different types of terrain. I don't think you should let trimming your covers sway you from installing the brush guard. Yamaha knows it requires some trimming and at the bottom of their page noted "Requires trimming of XT-R and Limited Edition Front Bar Carry covers". When I was getting ready to order mine, I looked up the covers that require trimming to see how much replacements would cost me. You have to cut the nubs off of Cover 1 (tag 3) and Cover 2 (tag 4) on the "Guard" OEM parts schematic. Part #'s B4J-F842M-00-00 and B4J-F842N-00-00. Right now, $11.88 each at rockymountainatvmc.com or $9.55 each at partzilla.com. I don't remember if "Cover, Front" (part # B4J-F286H-10-00) required trimming, but it's $3.38 at RATV or $2.34 at Partzilla. So, approximately $25-$30 worth of replacement parts if you ever decided to swap back (I doubt it). I'm sure my brush guard has already saved me several times that cost in what it has protected. Hope this helps. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks @Sid!

A replacement hood scoop grill to cut up. Going to try to install a 10in ultra slim sylvania bar. I have more than enough clearance, so it should work as long as I'm patient with the drill bits and jig saw.

Almost ready to start installing everything. Had to order another 100ft of ancor wire and some terminals for the fuse box.

Installed MudBlaster F/B Super Flairs. The only issue was the L-Brackets for the rear. The bolts were not threaded for the last 1/4-3/8" and wouldn't tighten completely without adding about 1/4" of plastic washers. The brackets also needed to be drilled for the bolts to fit properly. MB was sending a replacement hardware kit, in case I got the wrong hardware. One predrilled hole was too close to the edge of the front fender so I moved it in about an inch. Pretty tough and sturdy. Looks like they will be effective.
