Installed a set of SuperATV High Clearance Rear Arms and Rhino 2.0 axles.
I put this in another thread but figured I'd better throw in here to. I started first thing this morning on getting my axles and arms installed totally thinking that I'd have everything done in no time. WRONG. Started on the drivers side being that it was the one had the leaky boot. Jacked her up, pulled the tire, drained the diff, and had the knuckle off, sway bar and shock unhooked, and lower arms off in a decent time. Just had to pull the axle out and put it back together. Damn axle wouldn't pull out. Tried for hours. Piece of crap. Finally I thought I'd try one more time and sure enough it popped. Then I looked at the end to see a bearing cage covered with grease. Look down and the inner bearing case and spline was still i the diff. Now a whole new dilemma. How to get that out. Damn. Finally got that side done but the sun was falling.
I hate having things half done. And have to go back to work tomorrow.

Not gonna lie. It's gonna be sweet! Finishing it is definitely my first priority on my next day off. Gotta get back on the trail. I hope the other side goes smoother.

So got my passenger side SuperATV axle and arm done today. Overall I'm pleased so far and can't wait to get it out on trail. I do have some feedback for everybody on the camber adjustment and another small hiccup but I'll post that in the arm thread. This side went way smoother. The axle popped out easily on the second tug. They definitely look good and we'll find out how they do.

Very nice rig!! I have the same model. How does the 1" wheel spacers affect the overall ride?
Thanks! I appreciate the compliment. The spacers didn't affect the ride whatsoever but they did help out with the handling. They eliminated much of the body roll that you feel on the rear end of the RMAX4. They make the RMAX4 feel much more stable. Especially at high speeds. Nothing but good to say about adding them. In fact I'm considering buying a set of 2" for the rear and moving the 1" up to the front to widen the whole thing one more inch all the way around. I have them in my ebay and amazon carts already. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet due to the fact that I've been trying to solve a recent axle issue that has arisen on the new SuperATV Rhino 2.0 axles that I recently installed.

Build update:
I went back to running OEM axles. Im still running SuperATV's High Clearance Rear Arms and loving them so far but their axles didn't work out. So far my current setup has worked well though but with winter settling in I probably wont be testing it much more over the next little while.

I finally pulled the trigger on some 2" wheel spacers. I can't wait until they show up and I can get them put on the rear and move the 1" up to the front. Excited to see how she does after being widened 1 more inch all the way around. I also got my replacement air filter in the mail yesterday from UNI. I'll have to find and update the UNI filter thread with this part number correction for those that haven't read about the issue in the other air filter thread.

Got my 2" spacers installed in the rear and moved the 1" that I had on the rear up to the front. I haven't put a tape on it yet but it should be about 70" wide in the rear and 69" in the front. She looks great and can't wait to see how she does on the trail.
