My dealer said two weeks, but some are getting them earlier.
Wolverine Sighting?
I live an hour south of Jacksonville Texas (where mud nats are going on now) . Most of the people heading there from south of us come through my town. Wednesday, I was heading back to work from lunch and saw a truck and trailer stopped on the side of the road. On the back of this trailer was a Viking but in front was a slightly smaller Yamaha sxs, dark blue in color. I slowed down as much as possible to look but can't be completely sure of what I was looking at but it was not a Viking or Rhino. You would think if they took one to the event that it would be transported in an enclosed trailer. If anyone knows someone that is there you might want to ask some questions!

I sure hope your dealer is right. Nobody seems to want to give a clean answer or they just dont know. Never would of thought this machine would still be such a big secret this close to the release.My dealer said two weeks, but some are getting them earlier.
I called them the day of the announcement. they said possibly by mid March. That didn't happen.....
I hate to think this, but maybe there is some sort of flaw or problem with a major component or the manufacturing process? Don't know why a few haven't been released for evaluation by the media. I had thought about placing an order but now I think I will wait until a few reviews have come out.
This is my first post so I hope im doing it right .lol I just left my local Yamaha dealer and he said that Yamaha had called them on Friday and they are expecting two Wolverines by Wednesday of this week. They are both sold but they will be keeping them a few days for people to look at. Hope this is true.
Willie, I talked to my old dealer in Arkansas because I'm tired of not getting a straight answer and he said that 2 were suppose to ship to him today and that he hopes to have them Wednesday but he hasn't recieved final confirmation yet. He said one was sold but the other was available still. I know warren is prolly a 2-3 hr drive but if you don't have a down payment on one they can hook you up. I'd have it but now that I'm stationed in Alaska it doesn't do me any good lol.What state are you in?
I didn't know Warren had a Yamaha dealership, I've only been there couple times tho. I will give them a call in a couple days an see what they say. Seeing one in person would be awesome.
Yes sir, they called Lumberjack Yamaha, do a lot of business with my family and the local chicken farmers and all. Its on 63 on the southside of Warren going toward Hermitage. He texted me earlier and said their shipment was confirmed, so they should have it Wednesday or Thursday provided everything goes smoothly. Yes that would be awesome... be sure to get some pics if you can. I wish I was home, so I could just go get it but hopefully you will at least get to see it.
I'm suprised no aftermarket genders haven't got their hands on one to make goodies from. Don't some of the bigger companies usually get them ahead of time? No press release units or anything. Who knows maybe they fooled everyone and are putting a big block in it haha.
They are replacing rear wheels prior to shipping Wolverines and sending replacement rear wheels out to dealers who sold the Viking VI's last year.
