No sir no mechanic needed, you can use our install video, the link below is on the Viking but the same process

Not sure, what is keeping me from it is time. Just the two of us here, the almost constant phone calls keeps me from it, it gets slower at end of the weeks so hopefully in next few days I can get on it.

The sheave is done, can machine yours today or have one on the shelf I can machine and sell

I have just not done all the comparisons, timed runs etc

I think the stock tire to 28" tire set up will be the machined sheave, 18gr weights and gold spring in secondary using stock belt
