Used tires and wheels

Off FB marketplace I purchased 5 system rt320 with one being new and others with close to 90 percent I would guess.. They were mounted on Method 407 bead grip 14x6 5+1 4/156 30x10x14 .. The wheels are in good condition with few scuffs here and there. My question is, has anyone ran the bead grips? I been reading and its kind of a bugger to get the bead to seat.. Even more of a pain to dismount.. Looking for tips and tricks when the time comes to replace tires. Also would like to hear what others think about the Rt320s .. Been following for awhile, this is my first post and I appreciate the knowledge this group has. These are on a Rmax4 compact with Bandit dual rate springs.

Best regards,

I had Methods and I really respect their stuff. I have not seen the 'bead grip' until I saw your post and went to the website for their video which shows it. Pretty cool. The Beadgrip does not help the tire seal it just keeps the tire from moving away from the bead. My only thought is that I have been educated that anything that breaks the face skin of the tire allows air into the carcass threads which can create slow leaks. So if you get a puncture in a sidewall and install a plug the carcass threads are now open to air travel. So if you have two plugs and one has open threads on inside of the tire and one is on the outside of the tire = slow leak. The little grooves in the rim of the bead grip should do ok cause of the thickness of the rubber at that location, but the unmounting and remounting of a tire may challenge that rubber skin to stay intact.... and that is just a personal hypothesis needing verification.
rt320 ... depends on your type of riding.
