imho you had better carefully measure the actual trailer width and the actual door width. And verify if you have a direct shot at backing into the storage bay. Best course is to unload and hand roll the trailer into the bay and easy if no steep slopes. If you plan on unloading with the car on it you had better have some good backup skills and do it with plenty of light. Cause it looks tight till you prove otherwise..... not to mention height....
For the car fitting the trailer ...... with that front wheel stop I would wonder about the fit. If it has the low front rail you get a few inches overhang BUT Even if it fit I would suspect the balance. If this is a new trailer purchase I would strongly suggest you go with a 12'. And since 12 is typically a little wider getting it in an 8'-6" door may not work. I believe 102" is DOT max trailer width depending on your state. I had a Gen 1 on a 6x10 and it worked well and I actually modified it for my Can Am with 90" wheelbase ok but not as comfortable towing as with my new 7712 Aluma. My $.02

BTW, if you do not get separate auto policy insurance on the trailer, check your homeowners and it may cover but make sure it will cover it off your property in a storage unit. When connected typically the vehicle insurance covers it for liability. read the fine print with your agent. ;)

Oh yea, buyer beware, after I bought my Aluma 7712 early this year, when I got it home I noticed the tires were L rated tires. I think that is a really sorry way to build a premium aluminum trailer that I spent $$$$ on. The L tire is rated for only 75mph max. They probably saved $17 which I would have happily spent more. Yes I know what speed limits are and I typically never exceed when towing, but sometimes trying to get around a truck or going down a steep hill speeds climb and it is the wrong time to be worrying about a blowout on an underrated tire, especially a single axle. Poor business ethic. Dealer would not do anything, but it now has a good set of Goodyears, at my expense. Rant over, just beware.

It will be a struggle to get a 72" wide utv on that trailer and that only affects resale for you. If that does not matter then OK. The overall width listed is 94" so that gives you 6" each side to clear, ok if a straight in approach but if a swing it is a little white knuckling if backing on vehicle lol. But be sure you get a caster dolly jack on front and push it in by hand unloaded and it will be fine that way, it only weighs 600#. I push mine around my concrete drive easily and I am 75. I have found it helps to maneuver trailer if the dolly is down so that the trailer is about level.
