OEM recommendations will be for the OEM tire size and when you change that, you are on your own or the advice of the selling tire dealer and/or a tire manufacturer recommendation if you get such an offer. Loads vary as well as speeds per individual car and driver, which drives the pressure needed on a given tire. So you will probably get your best advice from owners on forums who have experience with the same tires and style of driving. The main caution I would offer is to be judicious in airing up a tire based on the maximum load, conditions and speed you plan on driving, and especially if it is on pavement. As with any size car, Auto or UTV, the big tire killer is heat on the roads. Not to mention sharp rocks and hidden cut roots in grass clumps.
And a 27" tire comes in anything from 4 ply to a 10 ply in radial and bias ply designs. What wheels? beadlocks or not? 12" or 14"? Swaybar connected? Any other speed mods? Until you answer those type questions I personally would not offer an opinion on pressure. I do respect the qualification that Planetcat gave to his response.
