Or this is 5 minutes and basically free. Did this over a year ago and when time to sell easily removable. Either works well.

I second Crow’s advice. Did the same. 5min job, easily removable, and zero issues. Just need the torx security bit with the little hole in the middle and a thin strip of electrical tape.

Those bits are constantly in the bargain bin at places like tractor supply or harbor freight also. The set comes in much more useful than I ever thought they would.

Like Crow said, you can get a whole set of bits from Harbor Freight for $10 that includes the “security” torx. I have sets from Ryobi and Milwaukee that were 3-5 times the price but I have a few sets of these and they work fine. If you just need something for odds and ends projects they’re pretty handy to have....

Here is the Rmax seat belt hack

Just defeated this seat belt issue, it is different than the X2 or Gen 1 seat belt. The Rmax belt has a small limit switch in it, activated by pushing the belt down into a plastic tab that activates the switch. Caveat: It's been some time since I bought those and I don't know if they are in the same configuration. The ones that work, work flawlessly. The ones that don't, jam up your buckle and may require disassembly to remove.

Go to tikit the have an insert you plug into seat belt, when you need seat belt remove it and doubles as bottle opener. I paid $11 bucks with shipping

I like the idea that those double as a bottle opener! I already installed the bypass harness to override the limiter and beeping but think I will be getting those buckles to just for the convenience of the bottle opener along with keep dirt and debri out of the buckle slot
