Safe Enough? (E-Track Tire Tie-Downs)

I agree with OR, I would put something on the rear end as well.
E track is only as strong as what its attached to, and how its attached. I've seen guys just screw it down to wood deck with sheet metal screws.
I'm a D-ring, welded to trailer frame guy myself.
I hook 2 chains on the rear of mine when I pull it on the deck, then pull forward to remove slack, and then ratchet strap the front down.
The predetermined chain length keeps my tongue weight constant as I often use a hitch extension because of the pickup camper overhang.
The chains also give me security that a panic stop or front impact it wont end up in the camper or joining me in the cab.
