Like the small circled box in the box showed. The 3 wire hookup.

It can be done several ways.

If you just want a switch to run it in and out you only need a single pole double throw(center off) switch. Switched hot from key switch or straight to battery positive through a fuse to common center terminal of switch and the other two terminals one each from switch to the outside wires on the solenoid.

OR

Move that jumper from the battery negative that goes to center terminal of solenoid and connect it to the positive through a 5 amp fuse. Now you only need two wires from the outer terminals of solenoid to the outer terminals on the switch and ground the center common of the switch and your done. Winch would be useable even with the key off key switch the power to center terminal if you want it deactivated with the key off.

If you need a drawing I can do that. Let me know.

The OP stated he already had the remote connected, so I would suggest the first option above (in bold) to be able to use both the new switch and the existing remote. Using the second method (in red) will also work for the new switch, but may disable the operation of the existing remote.
Can I just hook to these two wires from a rocker switch so I dont have too use the remote?
You may be right maybe he wants to use both but he never really said that and I was thinking he wanted a rocker switch instead of the remote entirely. But yes if it is already hooked up why disconnect that to save running a 3rd wire. Just suggesting a option but yes good to point that out you can't reverse the system from the way it is being switched by the remote if it is wireless. If it were plug and jack type or wired remote it would still work it would just be switching grounds instead of hots just like the wired dash switch would be.

A wireless remote it would definitely need to stay the way it is and switch it the same way it is already.
