Got to work on the bumper I'm building tonight. Starting to really come together. Bumper pretty much complete. Still need to make a mount and accessory brackets. Photos to follow.

Finally got it done.

Nice job! I was wondering why the 2" receivers weren't centered...then I saw LOL! I suppose I might have done something like this if I weren't so short! With my lift kit and 28" tires, there is no way I could reach into the bed from over top of the tire or gas can. I wouldn't want to limit access to the beverage cooler after all!
Looks great. Any pictures of mounting location?
Looks good! The off center holes threw me off big time at first though lol
Best homebuilt bumper yet! Great idea integrating the tire and gas can holders.

Very nice design. Looks sweet
Very nice!
Thanks for the replies.
Fordtruckman, I think most would do whatever it takes to get to the beverages:)
Cayman, I used the same mounting locations as the OEM grab bar.

What kind of paint? Or did you have it powdercoated?
I used a shaker can truck bed liner from Lowes. The finish matches really good.
Old thread, just seeing this. Very nice. I like the thought.
have you had any issues with the fuel pack being next to the exhaust outlet?
