They surely over complicated an easy swap out by removing the entire shock. Can be done without removing the shocks.

Sharing. It’s awesome that more aftermarket parts are coming available for the rmax. I am kicking around the idea of possibly doing tenders in the future on my 22 sport.
Well, I like seeing aftermarket support as much as anyone, and if your OEM helpers are collapsed, I think new tenders are a great idea and will make a noticeable improvement. I know you're not asking for it, but might I suggest, as therebel19 mentioned, the Bandit Tenders for $219 instead? I saw the RCOR video a couple of days ago on YouTube. They look incredibly similar to Bandits, like, design infringement similar. I prefer giving my money to companies like Bandit UTV Suspension, because when the next model needs improvement, companies like them step up, spend time and money, and innovate.

Nothing wrong with more support for the Rmax from anyone, I was one of the first to gamble on Bandit tenders and have no regrets or complaints. If the RCOR are basically the same then personally I’d stick with Bandits and not just because the price is slightly better but because we have a straight shooting Bandit rep on the forum that actively answers questions honestly and timely and doesn’t run down the competition in the mix of it. As a business man, that says something to me,
plus I’ll bet the Bandit model is hotter than the RCOR model, if they even have one :ROFLMAO:

I was the one that mentioned them in the other thread. Not trying to be a smart axe but what's the deal with them "copying" bandit? I'm not sure you can make a spring look but "so different". I will most likely go with bandit as they are not that much more and better known but what makes the rcor an exact copy?

Read the YouTube comments. RCOR is denying they are Bandit knockoffs.

They are 100% copies. We literally are the only company that makes and uses 5 inch / longer front tender springs and 3.5 inch / shorter rear tender springs. Those lengths do not exist in the industry except for our springs From what we see they are a copy. One of our customers also pointed out that on their website listing they explain adjustment of preload 1/4 inch at a time which is our basic preload adjustment information on our frequently asked questions page. In all it is all good. In a way we are flattered. Also a little over 2 years ago when we released our Black KRX Stage 3 springs we gave a complete set to Josh from Right coast free of charge since he made 2 nice you tube videos highlighting our KRX springs. Shortly after he started selling Black KRX tender spring kits. What a coincidence huh?? All good we suppose

Wait, there’s a Bandit model?

sorry, I got sidetracked looking for, and at, the Bandit model
….I’m sure Bandit could speak to the technical side better than I, but if you remove your oem rears and compare them to Bandits, you’ll get a small taste of how different spring designs can be for the same location/application designed with different goals. There are many ways to skin a cat when it comes to springs with preload adjustment, and this cat just happens to have all the same markings. They could have used a longer spring with lower rate, longer spring with same rate and initial preload (no slop plus 1/4”) taking place higher on the body, any of several options of non-linear (progressive) rate profiles in several lengths, etc. It is possible they’re different. It wouldn’t be the first time I’m wrong and won’t be the last, but I think it’s a bit fishy that, through all of their own research and testing to develop what they aimed to create, with all of the variables in the world of springs and the amount of shock body real estate available above the Bandits when at initial settings, it appears they ended up so close in spring profile, at about the same spring length, and about the same coil count, as Bandit. I’m very curious what the coil diameter is…Damn, now I’m half tempted to order a set myself, throw a caliper on them, and have them tested. Sometimes I wonder about my brain.

Just ordered the Bandits. My rear tenders finally collapsed. I was holding out to go with a true dual rate when my tires wore out but they are doing doing better on tread than expected.
I have a set I ordered awhile ago, just waiting to take the plow off to get them installed. Looks like a fairly easy install. Now if the snow just stays away a little longer!
