Has anyone actually gotten an item from Partzilla filled on a timely manner? I have three orders two says shipped but the most important one is sitting for over a week not shipped. No customer emails chat or phone responses, kinda getting pissed off..

I’ve never had any issues over the years with them!

Theyre facebook has a ton of pissed comments, the phones say they are closed due to an emergency, they dont respond to emails and the live chat is down due to emergency but it seems like users have been seeing this for the most of June.

I just ordered from them Saturday, and the tracking says it is on the way for delivery tomorrow.

I've always had great luck. Got a front bumper from them when nobody else had them in stock. It showed up before tracking said it would.

It's probably different now as more things seem to be on back order.

I've always had good luck with them, whatever it is usually arrives in about a week or so.

They are in the middle of moving to a new building.
Some of their suppliers shipments haven't found the new location etc etc.

Partzilla is bad for showing in stock, then waiting for manufacturer after placing order and getting your money. I am still waiting on parts from last August.
In these times it is best to verify stock on the phone before placing any order.

I canceled my order from them last week. They keep pushing the date out. I ordered parts 2 Sundays ago called Monday morning to confirm they were in stock. They said yes in stock will ship today what a crock of shit. After arguing with them for a week I canceled my order. Moving facilities or not that’s unacceptable if you tell someone you’re going to ship parts they should do it if you can’t ship immediately then tell me that.

I've been using them for a couple of years, maybe 5 total orders. Some things on their site clearly show back order, it will say available in 7-10 days or something like that. Those are the ones I don't get. The items the website shows available come in a week or so. Not fast, but in my experience, no worse or better than going to the dealer.

Dealer example: I recently used the dealer for a right rear knuckle and it took 43 days to get it. Which matched what Partzilla said, available in 30-45 days (at that time).

Now it says 24-29 days.
