I wouldn't be surprised to see one, but the problem is it likely won't be out til something like late summer/fall. They said they were coming out with the wolverine and it took what 3 months to show up at the dealers. I would expect to be somewhere in the 18-20k range.

Thank! No I don't, I haven't had one for a few years. The last one I had was a Kawasaki Teryx with some work done to it. I like everything about this buggy but without trying one I don't want to be disappointed with the power and rather buy one I don't have to tune up to where I want it. I won't buy nothing but japan as where I had such good luck with them over the years.

I have a very good feeling they will be releasing a new pure sport model next month near the end of June. I would hold off if I was you. I'm in the same boat, while I like the Wolverine a lot it's not what I need at this stage. I need more power and a bigger platform. I would like to see a Viking VI with a 1000cc motor or a pure sport in a 4 seat version. I need at least 4 seats so we'll see how it all plays out.

Vital,

What's coming is a pure sports model 2 seater, 900-1,000 cc. Some people think it will be a 5 speed, others believe it will be a automatic. Yamaha has a 900cc three cylinder 5 speed motor, however, the transmission is designed for a 400 lb. street motorcycle which would not work for an off-road vehicle. So, either a 900cc triple with an upgraded manual transmission or ???

I'm not in that big of a hurry our dealer has not even received any of the wolverines yet, plus we had a late winter and still to much snow up on the mountain to go anyway. I just don't want to pull the trigger if something is coming out shortly. I have done this in the past!

I bought a 14 Teryx 2 LE last fall. I had an 09 Teryx Sport and an 09 Arctic Cat Prowler XTZ1000. If the Wolvie had been out, I would've purchased it. The Teryx is HEAVY, 1600#. All those storage areas where the rear seats would be take up much needed leg room in front. The suspension is slightly better with the Fox Podium shocks, but they are dumbed down oe shocks and not as good as the Wolvie suspension. The Wolvie has 2 g more fuel capacity and should have better fuel range. I'm not quite ready to trade off, but if the new June release is a 1000 2 seater, I will have to look!
