Yes, 47 according to CARB. I was estimating it on the supposedly better performance than the 800 Ranger. The Viking is also a little heavier than the Ranger and the CARB for it is 50 hp. So, I don't know what that deal is. Maybe more efficient drive train.
the frame, the suspension, and the engine for certain are different. and of course, the body panels. the cvt will be similar. there aren't many details available yet.
oh. well Yamaha is being very quiet about details. it's a single cylinder 708 cc dohc engine. I am guessing 55-60 hp tuned for torque with a top speed around 60 mph
