i see some folks have changed their wheels to aftermarket. Has anyone tried running the same narrow width front wheels all the way around.
would there be any advantages to running this setup other than being able to rotate the tires

Its a personal preference, The rotation is a positive but running wider in the rear changes the track width and that is a large benefit as well. I run 10 in front and 12 in the rear. This gives me more surface area on the ground which equals more traction and flotation over mud. So for me the offset works, but to be completely honest if I found a set of tires that I liked that only came in all 10in or 11in I wouldn't hesitate to buy them.

Long story short the tire on the wolverine, the big horn 2.0 is a tire made for the masses. If you ride hard pack with a lot of mud, you'd run a smooth running mud tire. If you're in the mountains you're going to want something more puncture resistant and suited for those conditions. So a 9in tire all around that suits your riding conditions is better than a 10in-12in combo like mine that might not be a good fit for what you ride.

So, find a tire you like, read reviews, ask questions, make a decision, mount them, post pics , and go sling some dirt!:D
