I just ordered an outdoor LP cooker from Bayou Classic. Just wondering what you all like to use for breading for deep frying fish, veggies, etc.? Any particular cooking oil you prefer?

Peanut oil is the way to go.

I normally use Drakes for breading. And soak everything in buttermilk. Not sure what it does but it tastes pretty good.

Fish especially crappie I like to hit with salt and pepper then lightly coat with mustard and roll in flour. Fry in 350 degree peanut oil until golden brown. I know the mustard sounds weird but it is awesome!

Drake's for a beer batter. Frying Magic for a coating.
Peanut oil or peanut blended at least. You can let it get up to 400 before you drop fish.
