was in Colorado Springs & round Estes Park over the weekend (yes it snowed but was not there to ride anyway). My question is are there areas that they let you ride in these places? I know they allow riding out west but was not sure about north or south of Denver. We normally go to Wyoming, Marysvalle Utah, and a couple times to Moab. If there are places, where do I get info?

Thanks
Doug

I have recently ridden in the Woodland Park area just above Colorado Springs. it was all Nat forest land with great trails. Google for areas at or around Woodland Springs, also there are great maps provided by the parks peopls and alot of maps/ trails that can be down loaded to your GPS.

These books ( and some of their data cards) https://www.funtreks.com/ are what we use and are a great reference especially when scouting out a new area, and having the Nation Forest map for where your at is very helpful.

Tons of riding areas once the snow melts. Go to a forest service office and ask them where to ride and get a few maps when your there too.
