I was hoping to go greaseless with the dust cover off for blow out purposes. Do I need to grease the sliders now? Very confusing...
No, greaseless is greaseless.
A small amount of TS on the sliders would just make dust that’s going in there gum up on them.
They come with the dry powder lubricant on them that has similar properties as TS.
The sliders and weights are both self lubricating.

And my thought is, focus on the OEM grease shield.

if you are installing the OEM grease shield, then use some form of grease. For me I did the Tink Seal "hybrid" thing posted in my thread but short cut is = the Weller directions.

If you are not installing the OEM grease shield then:

Do not put anything on sliders or weights for greaseless setup.

My main point in starting this thread was not just about how to clean the roller side of the sheave, it was also about using a parts cleaner that re-circulates the liquid cleaner. It seems like it would be easy to contaminate the sheave face if any liquid cleaner used to clean any part that was previously lubed with tink seal (cage bearing, secondary spring cup and pins etc). I'm thinking a parts cleaner might not be a good idea.
