Fixed guys. It was dirt clogging up on the rod attached to that spring. Tiny bit just enuff to stick. Just freed it with a heavy depress of pedal and used some cleaner/rust inhibitor. Thanks for pointing me in right direction before I started looking under hood. Lol.

Speaking of rust inhibitor...
What is a good one to use on the metal to slow down the rust. I washed mine after the last ride and there is a little surface rust top of some parts under the front end. I was thinking of just wiping em down with grease.

I used Krown T40 rust inhibitor/lubricant for that job. Or if I'm storing something(lawnmower/snowblower) and spraying undercarriage of vehicle and now Wolverine I use SeaFoam Deep Creep.
