I seen a post where someone had a phone number you could call and send your Adventure Pro in for repair or replacement. I didn't save it and can't find it now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll get call center people that will open a ticket and talk to eng (engineer is possibly far cry) on MS Teams. I never got to talk to eng and overall, not much help. I always had to call in, they would never call back no matter how many times they said they would.
I had better luck getting info through their Facebook page than calling—seems like they don’t always answer phones right away, but they did reply to my message pretty quick.
