Hello to the community. Since I didn't find any deep teardown of the engine and have mine totally blown - decided to start a thread on building the engine from very beginning. Please let me know if this is a topic that interesting for owners and technicians.

The connecting rod gave up, probably piston seized because of missing drain cap on air duct. This happened not on my "shift" but for sure engine was over abused and under maintained (oil was milky, mixed with water ). Main casualties - Case, balance shaft, both conrods and one piston. Some machining was required for clutch parts and cylinder head. Crank is within spec - 0.01mm of deviation.
