    Perry state forest in Ohio

Anyone been there in their Wolverine? They have a 62 inch limit now so we should be good to go. They have 26 miles of mapped official trails and it is considered an open riding area. You don't need to stay on the trails, just in the area that allows APV's. They estimate there at least another 100 miles of unmapped unofficial trials that are legal to ride on. Just need an Ohio ATV plate, no other permits needed. It looks like we are going to give it a try next week.

    Mapped trails.

That place sounds like a lot of fun. I look forward to some pics and a ride report. It's a little too far away for me.

Let us know how it goes. My brothers sxs is alittle to wide for those trails, hence why we never go there.

Seems like most people don't. Some of video's look as good or better then HMT. I will post up some info for sure. I will try to post a .bcn file for Backcountry navigator that will work as GPS for the unmarked trails.

This guy has 6 vids down there that are pretty decent. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6h...I_me2GQ5fX_hFQ

So far I've been told the 62" rule is not strictly enforced and if your not way over it's not a problem. I don't even think a Wolvy or Teryx is under expect on paper. I want to talk to the enforcement down there myself and see if they would let a RZR XP or YXZ slide and see if they would fit through the gates.

I went an got an Ohio APV plate today, went pretty smooth other then they missed a number on title and first one they gave me was for a 74' Pontiac. I just told them I wanted to register it as an ATV and they had no problems with that. $34.75 in Monroe Co for 3 years. Thats a pretty cheap trail permit.

I watched a video on some trail listing sight and I never saw a "gate" or anything that the guy had to ride through and in the video he mentions a couple sxsides. Unless theyre actively checking folks I bet youd be good to go. Couple of the videos did look kind of cool. Had a couple good mud pit areas.

From what I saw there are gates at both end of the parking area. They look pretty wide. Here is one. https://youtu.be/xdgtWjW5Q0s?t=59s I'm pretty sure thats a not a 50 inch RZR.

I don't think any will at the kickers in front of the rear tires. I'm pushing 64, I plan on going with what the owners manual says if questioned.
