New X2 SE Owner From Alaska

Ordered my X2 Blue SE yesterday. Added Yamaha Winch Kit, 28" BlackWaters, Yamaha Clutch Kit and Super ATV Windshield. Dealer is installing everything. I also picked up a 2019 all aluminum 14' enclosed trailer to haul and garage our new Wolverine. Moving from ATV's to SxS.

Pretty excited to get this machine. I am a fan of Forums to get the "real" scoop on tips/tricks and issues.

Welcome to the forum AlaskaGriz from a fellow Alaskan. What part of Alaska are you from and where do you like to ride? When you get a few minutes, please fill in your location and signature block, it helps everyone know which model Wolverine you have and what accessories you've added.

Thank you for the welcome. I updated my profile and signature.

I ride at Eureka, Sutton, Hatcher Pass, and sometimes Knik Glacier. I would like to try Petersville, Kenai Foothills and Denali areas.

Where do you like to ride?

I have been into ATV’s for a long time but now with a SxS and an enclosed trailer. I have a lot to learn and upgrade going forward. Forums have been my best source of ideas and fixes.

We ride Eureka, Denali highway trails, Boulder/Purinton, Petersville. You'll like the Blackwaters for the areas you listed, they are an excellent tire.

Thank you......... good to know about the Blackwaters. I have rode Boulder/Puritan before. Also Pinochle and King River. Those are great rides.

Perhaps one day we will be able to meet up for a ride.

Years ago we used to spend time in the Kings River and Pinochle area, it just got too busy for me at Kings River. We fished at Ruby Lake and some days we hardly ever saw another person. I've been out to Knik a few times, again kind of busy.

Picked up my Wolverine Today. Lots of work to do to check it out before I ride it in the mud. I painted the floor on my new enclosed trailer (garage for my new SxS) and installed the SuperATV Windshield. Pretty stoked to get all the prep work done on it and go riding. Trailer won't be ready for another week anyway.Name: IMG_1755.JPG
