    @Morsno,

    Glad to hear from another Wolverine owner so close to me. I was thinking Skid Plates would be my next priority but Mirrors seem pretty important too. I am hoping ot get eh trailer ready over then ext two weeks then get out for a ride.

    It already has a full steel skid plate under there, so depending where you ride you shouldn't need a another set right away. I have a UHMW full glide plate on my Grizzly that is great for sliding over river rocks, aluminum just sticks to the rocks and stops you, the factory steel actually isn't bad and has worked well for me the past 3 years. Mirrors were a must for me due to the restricted view from in a cab.

    Many areas are still deep with snow until towards the end of May, we have always had to turn back at Boulder, Eureka, and Petersville on rides over Memorial day. The first 20 miles or so are open but out back is always full of snow and steep drops of ice ledges into the rivers. Places like Knik are always open.

    Welcome! There are several of us in Wasilla and like MORSNO said we are limited by the snow still but it won’t be long! We have rode to the glacier and out the buffalo mine road area to Eska Falls already. Let me know if you want to hit the trail sometime!

    Thanks for the Welcome. I will definitely take you up on the offer to ride. I am working on setting things up. Just installed a hand operated wiper for my windshield. LOL - I am getting soft. Looking forward to a more comfortable outing than on the Wheelers. I should be ready to get out on the trails by mid-May.

    Added my SuperATV Split Windshield and also installed a Marine Wiper..... Looks sharp and should be really functional. Looking forward to catching up with some of you this year on the trails.
