    There should be a “create new thread” button on the active topics page!
    I don’t have a button on the Forum page on my IPad. I do on the I phone.

    You need to be inside a section before you can start a new thread, and Active Topics is just a collection of threads from various sections. If we put one there, there wouldn't be anywhere for the thread to go
