That way I can go either 20 amp, 25 amp or just a regular fuse.

Finally did my radiator fan today. Only took about 30 min, and only lost about a cup of fluid. I removed the passenger side shock completely and sat it aside.
Moved the 2 vent lines and the radiator cap tube from there retainers.
    Disconnected the power connector.
    Used 2 hose pinch tools.

Disconnected the 4 fan shroud retaining bolts.
    Removed passenger side hose.
Used a 3/4 inch plug for the radiator hole.

Switched out to the new fan assembly.

Buttoned it all back up and bolted the new assembly in.
Topped off the radiator and manually squoze the hoses to remove any air in the line.
    Only 1 small bubble.
Ran the engine untill the fam cycles on and off 3 times.
Took it for a 20 mile ride.
Fan cycles on and off as it should. I didnt need to replace my fan breaker..

Fellas, replaced factory fan with hunterworks about a week or so ago. Instant fix to overheating. Super simple to replace, and I’m mechanically challenged.

Simply followed Trace8r’s directions. Instead of pulling front passenger tire, I unbolted the coolant reservoir in order to access the plug, and re-zip tie it. Either way will work, and if you’re small enough you may not even need to remove either.

Big thanks to tracer8r for the directions, and Todd at hunterworks 🤙🤙
