Extra bolt holes on 2019 SE X4

Below the passenger door on the round frame there is a flat spot with two larger bolt holes similar to the ones that connect sections of the roll cage. I'm kinda curious what those are for? I could see if there were more holes toward the front it being for sliders or nerf bars or something. Ideas? Also there are 2 bolt holes behind where the winch mounts up near the top of the a-arm bracket that are threaded. ANy idea on those? Noob owners, lol.
