    Considering Purchasing a 2019 X2 w/ Plow

    Hi All,

I'm considering purchasing a 2019 X2 with a dealer installed snow plow/bracket and Warn 3500 winch. I would be using it to plow a small parking lot at my business in SE Michigan. I would be using it at my place up north during the non-winter months also. I would keep my 2016 Wolverine R-Spec to have two SXS's in the stable. That way my wife and our two sons could ride together. It would be a business purchase so it's completely tax deductible.

Do you think it would be adequate for my needs?

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

If you're using it for dual purposes I think you answered your own question! Nothing wrong with two! I seen some x2's plowing on youtube and they seemed to do well. Just out of interest whats their asking price with the plow?

I'm still waiting for a written quote. But it's in the vicinity of $16k OTD, R-Spec, w/ plow, bracket, winch, folding windshield, rear fender flares and sales tax.

I plowed with a 4 wheeler for about 10 years and it did a pretty good job. Now I have an X2 and it plows with twice the "authority" of the 4 wheeler due to the machine and larger plow being heavier. You probably want a 72" plow with side wings. Add some weight to the bed and tire chains if it's icy. Side by sides work well for plowing.

    I ended up buying it. I got a few more options on it. It's Alpine White. Now I have two, a 2016 X1 and a 2019 X2.
