Easy sound system with great sound

For those of you looking for an easy way to get great sound. Two JBL Charge 4's (blue tooth). I decided to mount them on the dash so the sound is in your face. Easily removed for washing or other activities. May add a JBL Extreme between the seats later.

Yes. The box say they are "IPXZ Certified Waterproof". Whatever that means. The TV commercial shows them playing under water.

Great idea, don't know why but I had it stuck in my head that you could only use one blue tooth speaker at a time.

**Now that I look at this further, I see the speakers need to be compatible for dual use, or you can use a blue tooth splitter or an app. Samsung blue tooth has a dual audio option in the settings as well.

The JBL info said you could connect ONE HUNDRED of these speakers together by blue tooth!

Bumblebee, where did you find the mounts for the speakers?

Yep! JBL actually has a 1 button connect feature that allows you to connect up to 100 speakers!! I doubt if I can get that many in there... but I might try.

I made them. Super easy. 3 1/2" hole saw, then split down the middle for a pair. Made them from Aztek (spelling?) board, it's an extruded plastic 3/4" board that you can get from Lowes or Home Depot. Then just painted with truck bed liner, and added 3/4" Velcro.

I had all the stuff to make them in my shop. My wife says I keep too much crap out there, but this is EXACTLY the reason why I do! She also says I have too many tools. I say,,,, NOT POSSIBLE!

Those mounts look really slick. Would you be willing to post some closeup pics of how you made them? I have two JBL Flip 4 speakers that I'm still trying to figure out a way to mount. I might have to steal some elements of your design.

Do you have them wired? Or do you pull them to charge?
