    SSV works yamaha stereo

So after looking around for awhile I settled on the yamaha stereo system. Iím very pleased with it! Itís the gen 3 version and itís pretty sweet. Has an AM/FM tuner which seems to pick up stations pretty well. Way loud enough to hear while cruising, we took a little ride after I installed it. Just on the roads since thereís too much snow quite yet. Also has a built in done light thatís pretty bright. Dealer gave me a good deal, listed at 560 I got it for 480. Pretty pricey I know but worth it to us.

That’s a nice unit. I’ve been thinking about getting their footwell speaker pods

I recommend it Erik. Iím honestly so impressed with the quality of it. You wonít be disappointed if you get one. Also has an aux cord for satellite radio if you have a receiver for that.

Listed for $699 now... It does say for "Wolverine models". Wonder how close it is to fitting the X2 roof.

I have the SSV unit that fits in the X2 dash and its junk. On hot days after it plays for a bit it starts changing from blue tooth to am, changes to pm and keeps switching until it just finally shuts off. If temp is under 75 degrees or so it seems fine. I definitely would not recommend It.
