    30 " Black Waters

    This may or may not have been discussed before. Planning on installing 30x10x12 ITP Black Water on the stock X2 SE rims. Will these work with out a lift kit ?

    It's been discussed, check out previous threads for pics and comments, you will also want to upgrade your clutch to handle the extra diameter and weight. They won't clear while turning and compressed on the front end and the front edge of the rear tire will hit. Nice tires though! 28's are the safest bet, but guys have fit up to 29's depending on the tire and air pressure.

    I have 28"Carnivores on 5-2 wheels that run true 28" and you won't get anything bigger on X2 without some type of lift (not sure if used some monster wheel spacers). I bolted 30" Libertys off my YXZ on x2 and not close to fitting. The 28" kill power so plan on clutch kit even with Weller flash. I am going to try 18 gram to start

    28's on the rear of my X4 are extremely close but don't hit.

    on X2 it is front rather than the rear that is issue

    Only with 30's I believe though. 28's on the front of the X2 would be exactly the same as the X4. No issue at all.
